KOHAT, June 7: Militants destroyed a school building in Darra Adamkhel on Sunday, rendering it useless for security personnel, sources said.
Militants had attacked the building housing the Sheraki government high school last year as well, before fleeing from the area.
Later,security personnel had occupied it briefly for carrying out operations in the militant stronghold.Security forces then abandoned the building.
On Sunday, militants set off 11 explosions and razed the building to the ground, according to the sources.
Militants have also destroyed many Khasadar posts and bridges on the Indus Highway.
