KOHAT: Police Friday arrested 28 suspected persons, including three foreigners, during crackdown in different areas of the district.
On the directives of the DPO Kohat Delawar Khan Bangash, various police parties raided the hideouts of criminals in Oblan, Ghamkol, Janglekhel, Malangabad, Muhammadzai, Regi Shinokhel, Merozai, Tapi, Jarma, Kharmato, Khwasi Banda and Ghulam Banda areas have arrested 28 persons, including three foreigners.
Some of the arrested persons were identified as Muhammad Nawaz, Gul Nabi, Muhammad Ayub, Surat Gul, Multan Khan, and Musafir Gul. The arms recovered from their possession included four Kalashnikovs, five repeaters, seven guns, 12 pistols, 20 magazines and 614 cartridges.
